Purpose:

  4. Order Execution and Coordination:
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
    • Monitor order fulfillment and address any issues that arise.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and standards during order execution.
  5. Technical Support and Assistance:
    • Provide technical assistance and support to clients.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
  2. 10 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
  3. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Fluent English language skills (written, spoken, and listened).
