Role Purpose
AHC is seeking a skilled Medical Sales Representative to market and sell assigned products to government and private hospitals. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to meet sales targets, and provide training on product use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make sales calls and present assigned products to end users, highlighting features and benefits.
- Meet with purchasing and materials departments to generate Request for Quotations as per AHC product specification.
- Submit offers/bids within customer specified time frames and follow up until receipt of purchase order.
- Collect and prepare purchase orders from customers, ensuring timely delivery.
Customer Care and Satisfaction
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders to avoid penalties.
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and submit target sheets to management for approval and provide required market information.
- Report competitors' activities to management to better handle situations and maintain existing accounts.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Medical or Science
