Health, Safety and Environment Lead

**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a skilled HSE specialist to join our team and take on the role of Sustainability Project Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE plans to support the project's various phases, including risk assessment, process safety management, and contractor management.
They will also be required to provide training and orientation to contractors, as well as ensuring the effective implementation of emergency preparedness and response plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE and experience working on large-scale projects in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE standards, systems, and procedures.
- Provide training and orientation to contractors.
- Ensure effective hazard and incident management processes are implemented.
- Lead the site risk assessment study and generate the Process Safety Management Program for the project.
**Requirements:**
Candidate must have internationally recognized professional safety certification and experience in coordinating with other HSE organizations.
