Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive medical care to patients admitted to the hospital
  
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans
  
• Demonstrating advanced clinical skills in the specialized field
  
• Managing complex medical cases independently
  
• Providing leadership in delivering high-quality patient care
  
• Supervising and mentoring junior medical staff and residents
  
• Contributing to the training and development of medical teams
  
• Closely collaborating with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams
  
• Offering expert consultations on challenging medical cases
  
• Engaging in clinical research activities
  
• Contributing to academic programs, teaching, and training initiatives
  
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
  
• Implementing and adhering to evidence-based medical practices
  
• Assuming leadership responsibilities within the medical department
  
• Contributing to decision-making processes related to patient care and departmental policies
  
• Pursuing continuous professional development and staying abreast of advancements in the medical field
  
• Attending conferences and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills
  
• Advocating for patient rights and welfare
  
• Ensuring a patient-centered approach in medical care
  
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations
  
• Leading and participating in emergency medical responses
  
• Providing expertise in critical and urgent medical situations
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 
  
• Graduated from a medical school of good standing
  
• Completed the required period of training in Internal Medicine
  
• Board certification in the relevant medical specialty, or equivalent, fulfilling the criteria for Senior Registrar as required
  
• A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is a must
  
• Dataflow is a must
  
• From 02 to 04 years of experience after certification
  
• A registered member of the Saudi Board Council is preferable
  
• Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial
  
• Positive professional references attesting to the candidate's skills and ethical conduct
