Responsibilities
  • Country Strategy: Develop and implement the country strategy within agreed parameters, based on the company's overall strategy.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by achieving annual and monthly targets, setting goals, and developing plans for business expansion.
  • Channel Strategy: Manage local customer portfolios, increasing share of wallet with existing customers and identifying new opportunities.
  • Key Influencers: Actively work with key influencers and end-users as Key Influencer Manager for defined local influencers.
  • Tender Specifications: Get involved in tender specifications for large projects, drive specification of BT, and convert these tenders into sales.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales, Sales & Business Development Manager for Access Control & Intrusion Systems in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing the country strategy, and managing local customer portfolios.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, MBA (optional).
  • Experience in the security industry, preferably in Access Control & Intrusion.
  • IT exposure in networking, IP-based technologies, and applications.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales & business development and/or strategic marketing, preferably in high-tech multinational companies, and involved in the Security business unit.
  • Excellent customer orientation and networking skills.
  • Excellent team player and multi-tasking skills.
  • High degree of self-motivation, accuracy, and performs well under pressure, flexibility, self-confidence, high willingness to learn, result-orientation, and self-organization.
  • Travel is required within the assigned region and to our HQ in The Netherlands or Germany.
