The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new fund investment opportunities through thorough analysis and coordination with the Director. This role aims to achieve maximum returns at minimal risk for the Bank, while ensuring all related activities align with regulatory and risk control frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Fund Management Operations: Conduct market research and analyze information from multiple sources to identify, screen, and develop new investment opportunities for the Bank.
- Conduct Due Diligence processes for investments in new funds, including Listed, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Infrastructure Funds.
- Prepare and review exit proposals and conduct fund liquidation in coordination with the Legal function and according to IsDB policies, rules, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Treasury Unit to ensure timely availability of funds for transactions.
- Liaise with Fund Managers to recommend changes in asset allocation based on market scenarios and future outlooks.
- Coordinate the preparation of standardized and ad-hoc reports regarding fund performance, attractiveness, and acceptance, using standard KPIs and metrics.
- Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and suggest measures to control and mitigate threats.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with external stakeholders to stay updated on market trends and promote IsDB interests.
- Educate staff on non-OCR and non-investment funds.
