We are seeking a skilled BMC Remedy Helix Operations Engineer to join our team at Tie (رابطة الحلول الابداعية). The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in managing and operating BMC Remedy Helix solutions, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and resolving system performance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and maintain the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents quickly and efficiently.
  3. Manage user access and permissions within the ITSM platform to ensure data security.
  4. Implement changes, configurations, and updates to enhance system performance and reliability.
  5. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
  6. Develop and maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  7. Analyze logs, reports, and system health to identify and mitigate potential issues.
Requirements:
  1. 3 to 6 years of experience working with BMC Remedy Helix in an operations role.
  2. Hands-on experience in incident management, change management, and problem management using ITSM tools.
  3. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve system performance issues.
  4. Familiarity with database queries (SQL), integrations (API), and workflow automation.
  5. Good understanding of ITIL practices and IT service management processes.
  6. Ability to work on-site and support operational activities as required.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
