About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrician to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for performing testing and tagging of electrical equipment, assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform thorough testing and tagging of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  2. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
  3. Detect and diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment and hand tools.
  4. Connect wires to circuit breakers and other components while ensuring electrical safety.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and components to identify potential hazards, defects, or non-compliance with codes.
  6. Respond promptly to after-hours emergencies as needed, prioritizing electrical system maintenance and repair.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation associated with work undertaken, including testing results and maintenance schedules.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have at least 2-3 years of experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools is essential. Experience working in a 5-star hotel environment is advantageous but not required.
