We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Asterix Communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engineering and related departments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and interacting with engineering staff, vendors, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering and related departments
* Ensure regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards
* Interact with engineering staff, vendors, and other departments
* Perform maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and fire alarm/life safety systems
* Monitor energy and utilities usage and implement energy conservation measures
* Maintain a thorough log of daily activities and problems

Requirements:

* 3-7 years' experience as an engineering technician, preferably in a 5-star hotel
* Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
* Excellent oral and written skills in English
* Additional language skills beneficial
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
