Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Affairs Strategist to join our team in Riyadh. This role combines public affairs, event strategy, and media engagement.

The ideal candidate will represent us in official engagements, build strong ties with key stakeholders, and lead impactful communications initiatives that position our brand at the forefront of innovation in Saudi Arabia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Saudi government ministries, regulatory bodies, and officials.
  • Monitor local policy developments, regulatory changes, and updates relevant to our sector.
  • Draft briefing notes, talking points, and official communications for government meetings.
  • Represent us in official meetings, forums, and public-sector collaborations.
Events Management
  • Organize strategic events including government forums, corporate launches, and industry conferences.
  • Manage logistics, vendor coordination, protocol, and VIP engagement.
  • Ensure events reflect our brand identity and contribute to strategic objectives.
Media & Public Relations
  • Develop media relations strategies aligned with government and event initiatives.
  • Draft press releases, speeches, and digital content for key campaigns.
  • Build relationships with Saudi-based media, influencers, and press outlets.
  • Manage public image, including proactive and reactive communications.
