About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated HRIS Specialist to make a real impact on our organization. As part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging technology to enhance our HR processes and improve operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for administering and responding to issues related to the HRIS, collaborating with HR and IT teams to design, configure, and implement enhancements, and performing regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about HR technology and has a strong ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve HR strategies.

  • Administer and respond to issues related to the HRIS
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design, configure, and implement enhancements to the HRIS
  • Perform regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor regulations
