Job Description:

This role is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment by ensuring open communication and adhering to safety policies. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of costume care and maintenance, as well as experience in theatrical wardrobe or costuming roles. They will be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull during shifts, with the ability to lift up to 15kg.

About the Role:
The Costume Craftsman will assist performers during show calls, validations, and training sessions, including quick changes and dressing needs. They will also preset and reset performer costumes, headpieces, wigs, accessories, and shoes before, during, and after performances. Additionally, they will perform general maintenance and repairs on costumes and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive work environment by ensuring open communication and adhering to safety policies
- Assist performers during show calls, validations, and training sessions
- Preset and reset performer costumes, headpieces, wigs, accessories, and shoes
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on costumes and accessories

Requirements:
- High school or technical diploma in a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a theatrical wardrobe or costuming role
- Strong knowledge of costume care and maintenance
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull during shifts, with the ability to lift up to 15kg
