We are seeking a qualified Architectural Design Reviewer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing third-party real estate project submissions for compliance against KSA regional directives and guidelines.

The role will require the candidate to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a thorough understanding of regional architectural heritage and historic districts. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and other relevant software will also be essential.

  • Skillset
  • AIA or RIBA membership and active participation
  • Saudi Council of Engineers accredited Professional Architect or higher accreditation (i.e. Consultant Architect)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam and similar design documents and review software
  • Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Visio, Adobe Acrobat, MS Teams
  • Doc management systems
  • Fluent in Arabic & English both oral and written
