Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Manager (Social & Elderly Wellness) (Quality Assurance) at the Hong Kong Housing Society.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Review Service Operation Manuals: Develop and review service operation manuals and clinical protocols/guidelines of the Social and Elderly Wellness Section to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and corporate standards.
  • Establish Quality Standards: Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for the Social and Elderly Wellness Section.
  • Communicate Quality Standards: Communicate quality standards and parameters to operation teams to ensure understanding and implementation.
  • Conduct Service Operation Reviews: Coordinate and conduct service operation reviews to identify potential risks and propose preventive/remedial measures.
  • Analyze Feedback and Surveys: Coordinate and analyze feedback of tenants/service users and/or user satisfaction surveys to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide Staff Training: Plan, organize, and provide staff training to operation teams to prepare and equip staff to provide quality services.
  • Manage Enquiries and Feedback: Manage enquiries, feedbacks, and complaints from tenants/service users/stakeholders.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree holder in Social Work / Nursing / Health Sciences or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years' relevant experience, including 3 years at management position; experience in services for the elderly is an advantage.
  • Skills: Good connection with various service providers and stakeholders in elderly/health services; good understanding of public affairs and community relations matters, sensitive to external political, social, and economic environment; good verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong supervisory and leadership skills.
