As a Commercial Management Lead at Amrak Facilities Management Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of contract management and procurement operations across our TRSDC FM department. Your primary focus will be on planning and managing the procurement cycle, ensuring seamless operation and maintenance of facilities while delivering exceptional, sustainable, and professional services. You will be responsible for leading and directing the development and implementation of procurement operations, which will drive maximum value from relationships with key vendors and providers.
You will also oversee the review of invoices to ensure they are in line with contractual agreements and submitted to the Finance function for timely payment approval. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and filings to ensure a high level of quality and compliance.
This role requires strong leadership skills, time management abilities, team building expertise, and project management capabilities. If you have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering Quality Surveying or any related field, and a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, we encourage you to apply.
