About Us

Salla aims to be the leading e-commerce enabler in the region by providing unparalleled customer experiences. As a result, we are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also lead the retail team, implement marketing strategies, and manage inventory levels.

  1. Drive Sales Growth: Lead the team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiencies.
  2. Maintain Store Standards: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards.
  3. Optimize Inventory: Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock management and minimizing losses.
  4. Coach and Develop Team Members: Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and training to enhance team skills.
  5. Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales metrics and reports to develop strategies for improvement and increased profitability.
  6. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and operational policies.
  7. Cultivate Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and address any issues that may arise.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of retail technology and POS systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
