Key Performance Areas:

  • Category Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute category strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Category Portfolio Management:
    • Manage the category portfolio to ensure it meets customer needs, differentiates Nahdi assortments, and covers missed gaps.
    • Select and negotiate items with suppliers to drive profit mix.
  • Category Supplier Relationships:
    • Develop strong relationships with category suppliers to drive joint business plans and maximize financial benefits.
  • Divisional Strategy Support:
    • Support the division manager in developing and executing divisional strategies that align with our department's goals.
  • Category SKUs Management:
    • Drive listing/delisting cycles of category SKUs, create seeding plans, and manage delisting.
    • Manage distribution models through assortment control and regular model updates.
  • Planogram Coordination:
    • Coordinate product displays with space planning and marketing teams to enhance shopper experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing departments and suppliers to develop and execute consumer communication strategies.
    • Prioritize commercial training scope with suppliers for new products' materials.
    • Develop pricing strategies and tactics to maximize financial benefits.

Working Conditions:

This role requires 80% indoor and 20% outdoor activities, 5 working days, 2 days off, and standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour break.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4 years of experience in retail
  • MS Office Suite skills
  • English and Arabic language proficiency
