Logistics and Supply Chain Expert

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Keeper to join our team at Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our warehouse operations, including receiving and processing inventory, managing stock levels, and coordinating deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely receipt and processing of inventory.
• Coordinate delivery schedules to minimize congestion and optimize storage space.
• Communicate effectively with procurement and logistics teams regarding product receipt and inventory management.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products, including picking, unloading, labeling, and storing.
• Conduct regular inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Document inventory transactions and report any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to achieve team objectives.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Awareness of quality service standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.
• Ability to efficiently manage data entry tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
