Job Summary:

Antal International Network - IME is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pathology Consultant to lead our clinical pathology department. As a consultant, you will oversee diagnostic testing, provide expert guidance on complex cases, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality diagnostic care to our patients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality clinical pathology and microbiology care to patients.
• Provide consultative services as requested.
• Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
• Actively participate in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in your area of expertise.
• Participate in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
• Perform special procedures as privileged.
• Follow all hospital-related policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
• Completion of required period of training in clinical pathology (microbiology).
• Saudi Arab or American/European Board Certification or equivalent.
• Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required.
• A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
• Dataflow is a must.

Professional Experience:

• Min. 3-4 years post-Board/Fellowship in clinical pathology (microbiology).
• A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.

Language:

• Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
