Culinary Ambassador

This Bakery and Pastry Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing the bread operation production and delivery process, working under the guidance of the Pastry Chef to ensure seamless execution.

• Assist in preparing menus for à la carte, banquets, afternoon teas, and amenities, guaranteeing adequate supplies for expected service.
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
• Exemplify French hospitality principles through a can-do attitude, consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion and maintaining productivity levels.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards across culinary operations, driving consistency and excellence.
• Oversee cleanliness and organization of working areas, adhering to high standards and preventing cross-contamination.
