About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Frozen Seafood Salesman. In this role, you will be responsible for selling all grades of our frozen seafood products to customers across various markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell high-quality frozen seafood products to customers in accordance with their requirements.
- Identify new sales opportunities through research and networking, and pursue them effectively.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers, and provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving sales performance.
- Promote and sell additional products to meet customer needs and increase revenue.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues mainly over the phone and email.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in frozen seafood sales is highly desirable, especially with an existing customer base.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is required, and Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills.
