Project Director Opportunity

A long-term position is available for a Project Director to work on a unique and prestigious project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project involves the delivery of VVIP hospitality, with unique architectural finishes, residential, and sports facilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the client and team to ensure successful delivery, including pre- and post-contract phases.

Requirements:
  1. Education: A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in engineering or construction from a reputable western university is required.
  2. Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience as a Project or Program Director for an international firm or local/regional developer in the Middle East.
  3. Years of Experience: At least 15+ years of experience managing large-scale building construction programs is necessary.
  4. Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  5. Location: Previous experience working in the Middle East is required.
