As an Assistant Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Engineering in maintaining the overall condition and functionality of the hotel's mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Engineering in overseeing the maintenance and repair of the hotel's mechanical and electrical systems
  • Develop and implement energy conservation programs to reduce utility consumption
  • Analyze trends in utility consumption reports and predict energy forecasts
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences

Requirements:

  • Possesses college Degree or vocational certificates in Electromechanical field
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in hotel maintenance environment
  • Aptitude for management and leadership skills
  • Excellent English, math, and psychometric abilities
  • Proficient in English written and spoken
