  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions ensuring knowledge transfer and ease of maintenance.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Appian RPA and AI.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM domains.
Qualifications
  • Education: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Demonstrate extensive experience with MariaDB BPMN Modeling Appian RPA Appian AI Appian Solution Development and J2EE.
  • Domain Knowledge: Showcase a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM domains.
