About the Role:
You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and delivering outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing world-class customer service.
- Tracking client progress, performing regular follow-ups, and addressing issues promptly.
- Scheduling and facilitating General Managers' visits to Riyadh for visa-related activities, corporate bank account openings, and other critical tasks.
- Issuing company incorporation documents and managing government portals on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role with exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Holds a Saudi Driver's License and has a personal car.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic workflows.
- A deep understanding of client needs and the Saudi business setup process.
