Nurse Practitioner, Emergency Care

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of those we serve. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and compassion to patients and families during their most critical moments.
About the Role:
You will utilize your specialized skills and experience to provide patient-care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys every day. Your responsibility will include performing plan-of-care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans.
- Assess and evaluate patient condition, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
Requirements:
- Current state RN license
- Basic Life Support certification
- ACLS/PALS required within six months of hire
- One year of experience preferred
