  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and other relevant engineering tools.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
