Woodston Personnel Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the ER/OR/Paediatrics department.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Comply with area-specific duties and policies, which will be provided in the addendum by the supervisor when hired/assigned for special units.
- Job-Related Duties: Perform other job-related duties as required.
This is a non-supervisory role, requiring the ability to work with minimal supervision and report to the line manager when necessary.
Systems and Equipment- Hospital Information System: Utilize the hospital's information system to manage patient data and records.
- Area-Specific Equipment: Familiarize yourself with and operate area-specific equipment as required.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work effectively with work-stream leads, subordinates, other nursing, clinical, technical, and support staff, as well as physicians, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Patient and Family Communication: Maintain ongoing and direct contact with patients, their families, and visitors to provide excellent patient care and support.
- Operational Decision-Making: Make operational decisions and provide guidance and advice to support staff on work-related matters.
- Critical Thinking: Utilize critical-thinking skills to reach objective conclusions and make informed decisions.
- Patient Care and Support: Provide all aspects of patient care, including emergency and bereavement situations, with empathy and compassion.
- High-Paced Environment: Work in a high-paced, multi-cultural environment with high responsibility and accountability.
- Dealing with Patients and Families: Develop strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
- Flexible Scheduling: Work hours as assigned, which may include on-call, overtime, weekends, night duties, holidays, and any shift as required in different units based on skill privileges.
- Emergency Coverage: Provide coverage during emergencies and other unplanned situations, including occasional overtime, on-call, weekend, and holiday work.
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs related to safe practices and work environment.
- Physical Health and Well-being: Maintain good physical health and manage psychological strains associated with the role.
- Annual Air Ticket: Receive an annual air ticket for excursion economy class (round trip).
- Mid-Year Benefits: Enjoy mid-year benefits, including 10 calendar days of leave and a round-trip air ticket (for nursing positions only).
- End of Service Benefit: Receive remuneration equivalent to the years of service, computed as follows: 1/2 month current basic salary for the first 5 years, and 1 month of the current basic salary for each year thereafter.
- Annual Leave: Enjoy 30 days of annual leave.
- Paid Holiday Leave: Receive 23 days of paid holiday leave (or as declared by the Saudi Government).
- Medical Care: Enjoy medical care, excluding cosmetics, dental, and IVF.
