Club Ambassador

At CORE Life, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression. As a Club Ambassador, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every guest feels welcome, valued, and cared for from the moment they step through our doors.

• You'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to all members, treating each one with professionalism, equality, and respect.
• Your positive attitude and resourcefulness will enable you to find solutions to any issues that may arise, and you'll proactively collect feedback from members to ensure their needs are met.
• You'll also play a key role in building relationships with members, identifying their needs, and delivering personalized experiences that exceed their expectations.

1. Greet and Engage: Greet all members professionally, treat them equally, provide exceptional and consistent service, and make them feel valued and comfortable in their environment.
2. Problem-Solve: Hold a positive attitude towards all members and be resourceful in finding resolutions and supporting queries.
3. Feedback and Resolution: Proactively collect feedback from members, document it, and share it with the team. Ensure the correct action is taken to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
4. Engagement and Participation: Proactively engage people in exercise and activity as the heart of everything you do. Create brand awareness, go the extra mile to engage members, and attend all member calls to identify and assess member needs.

• University Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in guest services or customer care in fitness or wellness (hospitality).
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Customer-centric with a high level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
