Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Jira developer to join our team at TAWANTECH. As a Jira configuration specialist, you will be responsible for customizing and configuring Jira projects, workflows, issue types, fields, and screens to align with business requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve workflows and processes. You will also perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure the integrity and security of the Jira environment.

Your primary focus will be on integrating Jira with other tools and systems (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket, CI/CD tools) to enhance productivity and streamline processes. Additionally, you will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to optimize their use of Jira.

  • You will create and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress, team performance, and other key metrics.
  • You will conduct training sessions for team members on how to effectively use Jira and its features.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum), Atlassian Certified (ACP100), and proficiency in Jira administration, scripting (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript), and familiarity with REST APIs.
