Job Description

The Associate role is broad, involving the following key areas:

  • Bid Preparation: Oversee the preparation of bid documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender specifications
  • Bid Management: Responsible for the management and control of bid checklist and timeline
  • Team Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, commercial specialists, and proposal writers
  • Pipeline Management: Responsible for maintaining and advancing the pipeline including submissions of EOI, RfQ, and RfP
  • Market Intelligence: Prepare market intelligence reports on industry trends, upcoming opportunities, and players in the market
  • Project Support: Provide support to senior project development team members
  • Investment Analysis: Liaise with internal team members to prepare project briefs and investment memos
  • Risk Mitigation: Prepare investment thesis, return analysis, and risk mitigation strategy
  • Financial Planning: Assist in preparing project budgets
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful infrastructure bid submissions
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional coordination skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Proactive thinking to anticipate and resolve potential issues
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or similar field
  • Experience in technical advisory, consulting, investment banking, or project management considered an asset
  • CFA, PMP, or MBA considered an asset
