We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Paint Specialist to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the surface finish of our aircraft is of the highest quality.

• Inspect and Maintain Aircraft Surface Finish: Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft surfaces to identify any defects or damage, and perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Apply Protective Coatings: Mix and apply protective coatings to aircraft surfaces to prevent corrosion and damage.
• Manage Tooling and Equipment: Ensure that all tooling and equipment is properly maintained and calibrated to ensure accurate and efficient work.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Technical Qualifications: A recognized technical qualification in a relevant field, such as corrosion control or surface finishing.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of aircraft maintenance and engineering principles.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
