Job Responsibilities

The Clinical Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality care processes for program regulatory compliance in accordance with Company goals.
  • Ensuring clinical processes in assigned USRC facilities are maintained in accordance with company policy and Saudi law regulations.
  • Providing follow-up on any/all deficiencies for all internal or external audits by MOH.
  • Maintaining collaborative working relationships with the Nurse Supervisor and Regional Operations Director to meet clinic needs.

This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or any related field and have five years of experience in Nursing, including two years of hemodialysis experience in the last two years. Previous dialysis management experience is preferred.

Key qualifications include current Registered Nurse Licensure from a country of origin and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Licensure, Certified in BLS, and preferably in ACLS, and successfully passed the hemodialysis training program is an advantage.
