We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leadership Team Coordinator to provide essential administrative and logistical support to the leadership team. You will be a crucial link in ensuring the smooth functioning of the leadership team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the leadership team's calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the leadership team
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
* Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including venue booking and travel arrangements
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting high-profile or senior-level executives
* Proficiency in email management and Microsoft Office applications; experience in the communication industry is a plus
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening and interpersonal savvy
* Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with sound decision-making under pressure
