Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing relationships: Developing, maintaining and enhancing internal and external relationships using formal and informal channels to liaise with appropriate departments, authorities, bodies or contact persons to resolve issues concerning the permitting needs.
  2. Maintaining compliance documents: Support management in maintaining and archiving government compliance-related documents to provide government inspectors.
  3. Data visualization: Creating dashboards and flowcharts to process and showcase progress.
  4. Action tracking: Maintain a tracker for all compliance-related actions taken and provide updates to weekly reports.
  5. Permit renewal coordination: Create a tracker for permit renewals in advance, contacting other document providers and following up on a regular basis, making sure all documents needed by the time of renewal are available.
  6. New site support: Supporting management in launching new operations sites.
  7. Site visits: Visiting teams on operational sites and under construction sites to align with teams on the ground, raise awareness, clarify compliance needs, and report and escalate issues if needed.
  8. Fleet management: Coordinating site visits to under-construction and operational sites within Egypt, including fleet management, site leaders' alignment, etc.
  9. Consultant follow-up: Following up with consultants on building audit projects.
  10. Travel requirements: 50% max domestic and international travel is required.
  11. Out-of-office visits: 60% out-of-office visits, including external meetings or visits to other sites.
