**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Expert to join our team at SupportFinity™. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and exceeding targets by promoting Corium products to healthcare providers and office staff within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Performance: Exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to promote Corium products to healthcare providers and office staff.
  • Engage and Educate Providers: Conduct persuasive, compliant, and effective sales calls to approved prescribers, leading to appropriate prescriptions for Corium products.
  • Territory Management: Use data to develop and implement a strategic business plan aligned with corporate goals and marketing strategy to optimize sales potential while managing resources effectively.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all company policies, legal and industry regulations, and demonstrate ethical sales practices. Represent Corium with a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Requirements:
    • Sales Experience: Minimum 2+ years B2B sales experience.
    • Sales Skills: Proven ability to effectively engage and persuade customers, with strong selling capabilities.
    • Work Ethic & Professionalism: Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a professional demeanor.
    • Driving Record: Must maintain a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
    • Licensing & Documentation: Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year institution required.
