Dynamics 365 Implementation Expert

We seek an experienced professional to craft and deploy top-notch CRM solutions that amplify customer connections and streamline business processes.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Crafting Solutions
  • Leverage Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) to enhance customer experiences and boost sales
  • Design and build dynamic workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and custom apps to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Establish seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems, ensuring smooth information flow
  • Gathering Business Requirements
  • Engage closely with stakeholders to collect business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions
  • Managing Data
  • Migrate, upgrade, and optimize data within the system to ensure accuracy and performance
  • Ensuring Security and Compliance
  • Guarantee CRM solutions adhere to security, data governance, and regulatory standards
  • Troubleshooting and Support
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and provide assistance to end-users
  • Personal Growth and Mentorship
  • Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform advancements and guide junior team members
Essential Qualifications:Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement)
  • Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
  • Expertise in customizing forms, entities, business rules, workflows, and security roles
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL Server
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems
  • Azure services knowledge (Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps) is a plus
  • Awareness of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Superior problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform are highly valued
