We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our dynamic team at Accor. As a key member of our Food Production team, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of chefs and ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our guests
- Develop and implement menus that showcase local flavors and ingredients
- Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to drive sales and revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene
- Manage kitchen budgets and control costs to achieve financial targets
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the kitchen team
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
