Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points.
- Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions and ensure user-centric design.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, usable, and accessible.
- Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field; 5+ years of experience preferred.
- Proven success in designing and delivering user-centered products.
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and ability to analyze findings.
- Proficiency in UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (InVision, Framer).
