In this fast-paced warehouse environment, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Productivity Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately receive and review work orders before processing.
- Utilize handheld scanners to locate and pick stock from designated warehouse locations, adhering to First Expired, First Out (FEFO) principles.
- Verify product details, including SKU, barcode, and quantity, before moving items to the packing area.
- Pack selected items securely to prevent damage during transport, labeling packages correctly according to shipping and handling requirements.
- E nsure orders are packed according to customer specifications and warehouse guidelines, assist in creating shipping documentation as needed.
- Conduct routine stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy, report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Identify and communicate process improvements to enhance picking and packing efficiency, maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in a Warehouse setting.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
The Warehouse Productivity Specialist will work in a dynamic environment with regular interactions with warehouse supervisors, dispatchers, and inventory controllers. The role requires flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
