Job Description

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Structure Engineer to lead our team in delivering social infrastructure development projects across Saudi Arabia.

  • Manage the structural design discipline, overseeing the implementation and management of value engineering processes.
  • Lead the oversight of overall design and engineering activities on all Front-End Engineering (F&E) projects.
  • Ensure design delivery for all design stages (30%, 60%, 90%) for projects designed 'in-house' including specifications, in accordance with approved design guidelines and standards.
  • Manage design-based activities for 'outsourced' design packages, including design reviews and technical approvals as required while ensuring adherence to regulations and design guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To develop and implement effective design strategies that meet project requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  2. To oversee the design and implementation of structural systems for major infrastructure projects.
  3. To ensure that all design deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  4. To manage relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing structural design projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
