About the Role

The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing HR operations in Saudi Arabia. This role involves handling daily HR functions, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a key member of the HR team. As a Senior HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing HR operations in Saudi Arabia while reporting directly to the HR Business Partner in Kuwait.

You will have the opportunity to work on various HR-related tasks, including employee inquiries, issue resolution, policy enforcement, and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor laws.

As a Senior HR Specialist, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in local labor laws and regulations.
