Job OverviewThis is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing HSW governance, strategy, and innovation while ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a comprehensive HSW strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Ensure governance frameworks and policies are effectively deployed across all business units.
- Champion a proactive and safety-first culture across the organization.
- Engage with executive leadership, regulators, and key stakeholders to influence and drive HSW initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 25+ years of leadership experience in HSW within construction, infrastructure, or asset management sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing safety at a corporate level, including pre-construction and project delivery.
- Strong understanding of global safety standards, legislation, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
