Job Overview

The Cloud Sales Director is a high-level sales position responsible for driving revenue growth within the defined territory.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand Advansys' presence in target industries and customer segments.
  • Lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets and provide critical forecast inputs during budget discussions.
  • Negotiate with customers to maximize success rates and drive business expansion.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Maintain competitor intelligence to inform business strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Promote customer retention and engagement through exceptional championing.
  • Oversee the development of commercial proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create business cases that support prospecting and proposal efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required, with a preference for a technical background.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is expected, preferably in a technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant systems and tools is essential.
  • Proven experience in a technical discipline that aligns with Advansys' diverse business solutions and market needs is crucial.
