  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
  • Analyze program risks and create and manage risk mitigation plans

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities
  • Program management experience, including managing business industry/sector, strategic consulting, technology adoption, and/or in-depth understanding of customers organization needs and IT implementation patterns
  • Ability to consult and engage with executive-level leadership
  • Extensive experience in project management
  • Proven experience leading large-scale proposals
  • Demonstrated professional presentation skills for internal leadership briefing and external briefing to customers
  • Self-motivated, proactive problem solver, team-oriented, and creative individual with an entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic cross-functional team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customers business goals, objectives, and strategies into solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, Computer Science, or related field
