Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and relationship-building. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the HORECA sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Riyadh market and the ability to analyze market trends.
Compensation Package:
The salary range for this position is between 15,000 SAR and 20,000 SAR per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and opportunities for professional development, is also offered.
