Financial Operations:
  • Administer credit facilities, processing requests and authorizations accurately.
  • Apply interest rates, commissions, and fees, maintaining data consistency.
  • Manage credit limits, reflecting changes in organizational needs.
  • Perform collateral reviews and documentation maintenance.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Analyze MIS reports for performance metrics and compliance.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operating procedures for enhanced risk management.
  • Support unit heads in RCSA completion and audit observation closure.
  • Complete mandated training to stay abreast of industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, commerce, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience, primarily in credit administration or similar roles.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Integrity, high ethical standards, and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with banking products and corporate credit administration functions.
