Job Description

The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing financial operations, including recording financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and performing account reconciliations.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in accounting specified in procurement departments.

  • Recording Financial Transactions: Enter daily journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Preparing Financial Reports: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
  • Performing Account Reconciliations: Review accounts, conduct bank reconciliations, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable: Record payments and collections, ensuring timely financial settlements.
  • Issuing Invoices and Managing Payments: Generate invoices for customers, track collections, and verify financial data accuracy.
  • Coordinating with Auditors: Provide necessary documents and information during internal and external audits.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Adhere to financial policies and accounting standards (local and international).
  • Financial Data Analysis: Provide insights based on financial analysis to support decision-making.
