Key Responsibilities:

  • Make customer calls as directed by the department manager to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Obtain customer information and account manager details from the department manager to ensure seamless communication.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction with our services by conducting regular follow-up calls.
  • Assist visitors in finding the closest employee who can assist them and receive phone calls and emails from customers, providing technical support and advice on available insurance services.
  • Refer potential customers to the department management for further evaluation and follow-up.
  • Monitor financial and insurance transactions, ensuring their smooth progress by communicating with other colleagues in the company.
  • Solve customer problems and inquiries quickly and effectively, utilizing appropriate tools and technologies.
  • Provide advice and consultations to customers on how to effectively use insurance and other financial services.
  • Contribute to data collection and analysis, preparing periodic reports for the department.
  • Ensure continuity of work between the sales department and technical departments as required by management, promptly and efficiently following up on documents and providing them to the relevant department, and alerting sales employees in case of any note or problem.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related major.
  • Previous work experience in the insurance field, with a minimum of 5 years in sales.
  • Excellent time management and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Language:

English is required for this role.
