Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assess and Monitor Patient Conditions

Conduct thorough assessments of patients undergoing dialysis treatment, monitoring their condition and reporting any changes to the medical team.

  1. Administer Medications and Treatments

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

  1. Provide Emotional Support and Education

Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare journey.

  1. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams

Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.

  1. Assist in Medical Procedures and Surgeries

Assist in medical procedures and surgeries, maintaining a safe and sterile environment for patients.

  1. Respond to Emergencies

Respond promptly to emergencies and provide immediate care as required, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and well-being.

  1. Stay Updated on Healthcare Technologies and Best Practices

Stay current with the latest healthcare technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and care.

  1. Comply with Ethical and Legal Standards

Comply with ethical and legal standards of nursing practice at all times, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Required Qualifications

  1. Valid RN License and BSN

Hold a valid RN license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited nursing program.

  1. CPR Certification and Basic Life Support

Hold current CPR certification and demonstrate knowledge of basic life support techniques.

  1. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, establishing strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

  1. Strong Organizational Abilities and Attention to Detail

Exhibit strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.

  1. Critical Thinking and Decision-Making Skills

Demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making skills, making sound judgments in emergency situations and prioritizing patient care.
